Pricing questions

How does the free trial work?

Sign up and get 30 free AI minutes to use within 14 days, with all Growth features switched on. No card is needed. When the trial ends, add a plan to your cart and check out to keep your agents working. Nothing is charged automatically.

What counts as an AI minute?

Each minute the AI agent spends on a call: answering, calling out or running a survey. Calls handled only by your team don't use AI minutes.

How does pay as you go work?

Buy prepaid credit ($25, $50, $100 or any amount from $10). Each AI minute uses $0.25 of your credit, and you can top up at any time from your dashboard. Credit stays on your account until you use it and is non-refundable.

Are phone call charges included?

No. You use your own phone line (Twilio, Telnyx, your office phone system or a SIM gateway) and your provider bills the call itself. CallCleverly charges only for the AI.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for 12 months up front and get 14 months of your plan. Your minutes are still given every month, for all 14 months.

Do unused minutes roll over?

Plan minutes and booster minutes are for the month they belong to. If you often need more, the next plan up costs less per minute than boosters.

How do I pay?

Add a plan or boosters to your cart and check out. You log in to your CallCleverly account (or create one) and pay securely by card through Stripe. Invoices are emailed to you and available in your dashboard.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Payments are non-refundable: when you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
