1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in a similar way.
2. What we use

When enabled and with your consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays on our public website. The consent banner identifies the tools enabled at the time of your visit. Neither tool is installed on the customer dashboard. We do not enable advertising personalization. Form fields are masked in Clarity; we do not send names, emails or enquiry messages as Analytics events.
Your analytics choice is stored as cc-analytics-consent-v2 in local storage for up to six months. Google Analytics and Clarity may set their own analytics cookies after you accept. See Google Analytics cookie details and Clarity cookie details for their cookie lifetimes.
3. Third parties
- Google Analytics: optional website usage measurement. How Google uses information from sites using its services.
- Microsoft Clarity: optional heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- Stripe: when you pay, Stripe's checkout page may set cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention. See Stripe's privacy policy.
4. Managing cookies
Choose Accept analytics or Decline analytics when the banner appears. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent you using the website. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking and removes accessible analytics cookies from our domain.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary session cookie, you won't be able to log in to the dashboard.
